Cot death link

Although there is no single established cause of cot death, a study conducted by De Monfort University has shown that bacteria such as staphylococcus aureus found in an infants mattress have been linked to cot death, as well as life threatening throat infections. Because DM1 also completely removes microbial growth it can be used to protect mattresses of even the most sensitive individuals, by preventing the build up of bacteria, mould and fungi.
